Former CSN tennis player Kaitlin Quevedo wins first WTA title

A Naples native is now a WTA champion.

Kaitlin Quevedo, who represents Spain, won her first professional title at the WTA 250 tournament in Sao Paolo, Brazil on Monday.

Who is Kaitlin Quevedo?

Quevedo grew up in Naples and attended Community School of Naples. In 2021, she went undefeated in the regular season as a freshman and finished as Class 1A state runner-up in the singles and doubles tournaments. She also helped lead the CSN girls to a state runner-up finish.
