Brewers' Chourio First With Three 20-20 Seasons Before Age 23

Milwaukee outfielder Jackson Chourio became the first MLB player to record three 20-homer, 20-steal seasons before his 23rd birthday.

Milwaukee Brewers outfielder Jackson Chourio has set a mark no major leaguer had previously reached. According to Sarah Langs, Chourio is the first player in MLB history to post three seasons of at least 20 home runs and 20 stolen bases before turning 23 years old.

Chourio, who remains 22 until March 29, accomplished the feat in each of his first three big-league seasons. As a rookie, he hit 21 home runs and stole 22 bases across 148 games. He followed with 21 homers and 21 steals in 2025.

In 2026, Chourio has pushed his totals to 24 home runs and 21 stolen bases, completing the third straight 20-20 campaign to open his career.

The milestone comes as the Brewers have clinched the NL Central title and a postseason berth, with the club pursuing a 100-win season. Chourio's achievement has drawn less attention amid teammate Jacob Misiorowski's record-setting year on the mound.
